About Me

My name is Nancy, and my mission is simple: to help people age with strength, clarity, confidence, and self-advocacy.

I wear many hats, but they all ladder up to the same purpose — empowering individuals, especially Baby Boomers and seniors, to live healthier, more informed, more vibrant lives.

Over the years, I’ve built expertise across health, advocacy, and lifestyle fields, including:

Naturopathic Practitioner

  • Certified Master Health Coach
  • Senior Advocate
  • Master Senior Specialist
  • Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 hours)
  • Nationally Known Expert on Baby Boomers
  • Boomer Influencer
  • Extreme Couponing Expert
  • Extensive Senior & Boomer Workplace Experience

Beyond individual coaching and wellness work, I’ve served my community through civic and advisory roles:

  • Past Commissioner — West Sacramento Parks, Recreation, and Inter-generational Committee (2016–2018)
  • Committee Commissioner — Age Advisory Board, West Sacramento (2016–2017)

My Turning Point

On July 22, 2022, everything changed. I stepped on the scale — 299.7 pounds — and felt the strain of limited mobility, chronic stress, and the aftershocks of family challenges and a global pandemic. It was my wake-up call.

Instead of giving up, I chose to own my health.

Choosing a Smarter Path

This time, there were no gimmicks, no crash diets, and no “quick fixes.” I committed to strategies that were both sustainable and science-aligned:

✔ Restructuring my meals around high-protein, nutrient-dense foods

✔ Prioritizing fruits and vegetables for satiety and metabolic support

✔ Incorporating evidence-based supplements for appetite control, metabolism, and wellness (always in consultation with a clinician)

✔ Creating a lifestyle that honored mobility, aging, and long-term health

This journey wasn’t just about weight — it was about reclaiming agency over my life and helping others realize they can do the same.

Why I Do This Work

As a senior advocate and boomer expert, I understand how overlooked older adults are in mainstream health and wellness conversations. Too often, programs aren’t designed for people navigating:

  • changing metabolisms
  • mobility limitations
  • hormone shifts
  • workplace age bias

  • caregiving stress
  • limited time and energy

I bridge that gap.

Whether through coaching, advocacy, or education, my goal is to give people tools that respect where they are, honor their bodies, and support aging well—physically, mentally, and financially.

Aging Isn’t the End — It’s the Beginning of Choice

Today, I continue to guide seniors and Baby Boomers toward stronger health, more confidence, and better quality of life. Because aging shouldn’t mean shrinking — it should mean expanding.

If you’re ready to make empowered decisions for your health, I’m here to help.
